Usually people don't like going to the emergency rooms or urgent care centers but, I was glad I ended up going to TLC Complete Care. From the time I walked in the doors the staff was very professional and kind. Other than having to wait for the nurse to call me back and waiting to see Dr. Yard, I really didnt have to wait that long. As far as I know there is a tv in each exam room so, you can watch pretty much whatever you like if you get a little restless waiting. This is an awesome place. The staff was awesome, polite, efficient, informative, concerned and professional. They are upfront about the costs and the steps of process. I have a new place for mine and my family's emergency and minor care. Try this place, you will love it!

Last week, I walked in experiencing pretty severe pain but did not know the cause. Your entire team, from front desk to nurse to doctors, was very attentive, helpful, and professional. Didn't have my insurance card on me...not a problem, the front desk searched and found me. Didn't know exactly what my issue was...not a (huge) problem as the specialist quickly came in and helped diagnose the situation, which actually needed immediate attention and even transfer to a hospital, which your team arranged as well.
