I would have put 4 stars because, although the floors were done beautifully, there was some lousy communication during the process. The crew was supposed to be completely done by Thursday, so I started going about my day in the house on Friday and was unpleasantly surprised to see them show up to "finish". They also left a giant pile of trash on my lawn after completing the job (not just sawdust which I expected, but a pile of carpet padding which was not from my house). Contractor replied promptly to my request for service. He did an excellent job of stretching my carpet. I would definitely refer him to someone to repair or purchase a carpet. Thanks for the good referal. Dan
