I had my LASIK surgery done today. I was so excited but SO nervous. The staff there was so professional, kind, and caring. They explained everything in detail about what was going to happen and helped me to feel really secure and calm. I would recommend TLC to anyone who is looking for a great new look on life with better vision.
I had my LASIK procedure yesterday and I can see SO well!! I've been totally dependent on glasses or contacts since the third grade and at 36 years old, I'm just amazed at all I've missed out on! If you need vision correction, don't wait! Call TLC Vision Center in LR today!!!
I was NOT going to have LASIK. My husband had it several years ago at TLC LR (Dr. Penick is already our eye dr.) with great results. My vision wasn't as bad and I never had the contact issues he had...and I'd been wearing soft lenses since they practically first appeared...1977 (I used to boil and make my own saline). I had my Custom Lasik proceedure done in April of this year. I held off on doing my review because the majority of the reviews I read come from people who have had it done within just a few days. Had my surgery Thursday morning. Everyone there was very perfessional and most important friendly, comforting and reassuring. Loved them all! My eyes feel great I would highly recommend LASIK with TLC!
I am on day one post-op from my LASIK and I am loving my vision! I have been nearsighted since the first grade, so waking up and seeing without glasses or contacts is a miracle. Everyone on staff at TLC made me feel comfortable, welcome, and excited for my procedure.
