RecommendedI absolutely would recommend TLC to anyone considering lasik eye surgery! From the beginning, the staff were thorough and explained every step. Keith, Wally, and Margaret were a few of the people I worked with and they were great! They make sure you are comfortable on the day of the procedure and Dr. Probst and his assistant walk through everything and make sure you are doing okay. Everyone was extremely nice. They were understanding of my nerves, answered all my questions, made sure I was sure and didn't have any other questions. The procedure was fast and easy. The technicians/ doctors kept telling me who much longer and kept making sure I was ok. It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend going only to TLC.
Everyone was extremely professional, kind and helpful. They took time to explain everything very thoroughly and did not feel rushed. I felt like the truly care about their patients. They are very responsive to email questions. Looking forward to getting the procedure done! I will hold off commenting on the success until after it is done.
I had visited other places when considering Lasik before coming to TLC and this was by far the best experience. The consultation was informative & I was given a price straight to the point (other places weren’t as straight forward). Cathy assured that I could call her at any time if I thought of any questions after the consultation. Amazing job from Dr Probst, Dr Weedfall, Wally Rolph and all the staff at TLC. I just had mine done yesterday and already it is such a difference. My vision was -5.75 in one eye and -5.50 in the other. If there was a Zombie Apocalypse i would have been in big trouble. I have been in glasses since I was 8 and now 30 years later I can see. Even at my best with glasses and contacts my vision was like a regular tv. Now it's like a 4K HDTV. Everything is so crisp and bright. Wish I would have done it 10 years ago. Thanks again!
I went in thinking it wasn’t going to be the easiest process but when it was all done WOW!!! So easy and no issues the next day. 20/20 vision the next day! Highly recommend this place. The staff is great too!
