Extremely professional and courteous. I just went for the feee consultation. Andre made me feel comfortable immediately and did a great job coaching me through the extensive testing. Dr. S then did my exam and he was very informative. I felt really comfortable and encourage about the possibility of getting LASIK. Then Roma helped me schedule all of my pre- and post-op appointments which was great. Everyone was really nice and easy to work with. I am looking forward to my LASIK!
TLC in Rockville was excellent with my Lasik procedure. Dr. Holtzman was the best and made me feel very comfortable with the process. Went from having bad near-sightedness because of astigmatisms to having 20/20 vision on day 1 after surgery. Would recommend to anyone considering getting 20/20 vision!
What an amazing place with even more amazing people. I had my original LASIK surgery in both eyes in 2005 that had regression over 10 years later like they said it would. Kept up with my annual eye doctor appointments and went back for my touch up yesterday. Fast and easy. Was told what was going on at every visit and during surgery. Dr Holzman even followed up with me personally the evening of my surgery to make sure all was okay.
Excellent customer service from staff and amazing doctors that really go the extra mile to deliver excellent care to their patients. I had a slight complication with one of my eyes following my LASIK on March 22nd and was personally followed up with via phone and email by both of my doctors to manage my aftercare and to check in with me about my extended recovery period. Thank you Dr. Holzman, Dr. Smeriglio, and all of the TLC staff.
I had PRK done at the end of December and had a great experience from start to finish. The customer is fantastic from start to finish and I could not be more pleased with my results. I would 100% recommend TLC Rockville to anyone considering laser eye surgery.
Love my new eyes, the service was great, the doctor was great and so far no problems. Wish I did it years ago!
