Fast and professional. Felt safe the whole time, crazy I can see perfectly after all these years! I couldn't even see my knees before.
It's been less than 24 hours since my LASIK procedure, and I couldn't be happier. The team at TLC was great & friendly, and my vision is was 20/15 as of this morning, after 25+ years of needing glasses to do anything. The procedure itself was nowhere near as bad as I expected. I was in the operating room for about 15 minutes. The worst part was probably putting something (a clamp?) on to hold your eye open. But that really wasn't that bad - just a bit awkward. I felt very cared for during the pre-op and surgery experience. Any questions I had were answered quickly and thoroughly. So far I am very happy and thankful I went through with the LASIK procedure. I often have to remind myself that "no, I don't need to take out my contacts!".
After thinking about it for a number of years, I finally decided to take the plunge and get LASIK. I initially picked the TLC Laser Center in Waltham over other sites because of Dr. Villazon's experience but I decided to stick with them for my post procedural care because of how attentive the rest of the staff is to post procedure needs. Great location. Staff and doctors are very knowledgeable and demonstrate excellent client service. They made the process feel seamless. The doctors talked me through every step of the procedure. Virtually no pain. I had lasik 5 days ago and I’m thrilled with the results. Thank you TLC!
TLC did such an amazing job on my LASIK surgery. For the last 12 years of my life, I’ve depended on contacts and glasses and now my vision is better than 20/20. Thank you to the TLC team for making this such an easy process from start to finish. This was honestly the best investment I’ve ever made.

I had a great experience at TLC. I appreciated Dr. Villazon's conservative approach. The staff are professional, thorough, efficient, and have great follow through. My optometrist recommended TLC because of Dr. Villazon and because it is a chain they are able to afford abd update to the latest technology. My prescription was -8.5 with astigmitism and now I have 20/20 vision which is pretty amazing.
Just had my LASIK procedure done here and it was a great experience. Everyone was very nice and informative on the consultation and the day of the procedure. They double checked everything and put me at ease. I woke up the next day with no issues and great vision! Would definitely recommend going here!
