RecommendedI recently did my lasik eye surgery with TLC in Manhattan. They were very kind and informative when doing the consultation. They were available to answer questions for me when I was not in the office and curious about the procedure and prepping for it. They were very prompt when scheduling, You have to do pre op and post op appointments, They make sure that they got me on the schedule for both. RecommendedI could not recommend Dr. Speaker and his staff more! It's only been 3 days but I expected some pain, itching, and some normal side effects but am totally fine and couldn't be happier with the results. The process was simple and the staff was friendly and made me feel so comfortable. They were transparent and honest about what to expect as well as if I was a good and safe candidate. *1000% recommend*

RecommendedGreat experience with TLC! Everyone that helped me was extremely nice and walked be through each step of the way. Dr. Speaker talked me through the entire procedure and everyone made sure I felt comfortable. I was super uptight and nervous, and they did everything they could to make sure I understood the process and was comfortable with my decision. I would 100% recommend you get lasik here! I am so happy with the results!
RecommendedI had the procedure done last week. It was a simple as could be. TLC guided me through the process from my consult a couple of months ago through the post-op surgery offering guidance on insurance specials and answering every question I had. There was never any pressure from them and every staff member went above and beyond to keep me informed and make me feel comfortable through the entire process.
Amazed how comfortable & easy the surgery was. If you have doubts, I'm telling you don't doubt this place. Go for it...
I am an optometrist who had been considering LASIK for years but couldn't find a surgeon I trusted. Then I found TLC!! Dr. Speaker, his associate doctors, and the TLC staff are the kindest, most competent, and most professional people you could ask for during this experience. I am about one month post surgery today and happier than ever :) Highly highly recommend!!
Please please please go here, you will not regret it! If I can do it, you can do it! Consultations are free so go check it out for yourself! The staff and Dr Speaker are truly the best you can find in the country I have no doubt. I have never been treated so well at any doctors office ever.
