Awesome experience from start to finish. Megan did great to set up the consult and pre-op and answered all questions I had quickly and professionally and replied to emails in a short time period. Dr. Ashley was great to work with as well and it truly felt she wanted to make sure everything was checked prior to the surgery. Post Op appointments were great and everything was looked at and questions asked. I would highly recommend anyone to go to TLC.
Dr Wexler and Dr Ashley are two of the best. Everything was explained step by step from the procedure to benefits and risks. All the support staff is helpful and will make you feel as comfortable as possible. All I can say is WOW, they will feed you if you miss breakfast, and be your "mom" or your "cheerleader" if that's what you need. My experience with TLC was nothing short of amazing! The staff (Maria, Megan, Dr. Ashley, etc.) were all caring, professional, and have a very person-centered environment! Dr. Wexler, my surgeon, was fantastic; he talked me through every step of the way to ensure that I knew what would happen and knows what he's doing. Dr. Wexler was awesome! Very thorough and caring. The rest of the staff was great too! Made me feel super comfortable, even though I was freaking out! � The procedure is so fast and completely amazing! I couldn't believe how well I could see immediately after. I'm so glad I had LASIK and I'm SO glad I did it at TLC! Thank you!
I was extremely skeptical. Being a mom and not wanting to miss any of my child's activities I had decided it wasn't for me. But why not let them tell me I can't just to get it over with in my head...they could helo...said my prescription nd astigmatism were 3 times that of a normal patient and today just one week from the initial consult I am a believer seeing 20/20.
The nurse and doctors ware very nice. They talk you through the whole thing. The answer any questions that you had. They told you what was going to happen step by step. And we were there when you recovered make sure you were ready to go. I would recommend them to anybody that wants to get Lasik eye surgery.
I just had my three month eye exam and I see better then 20/20 it's a miracle wish I had done this 18 years ago ���
