Jacque and Dr Griffith are AMAZING and so caring. I was a nervous wreck and they made me feel so calm. I would recommend TLC to anyone!!
What an amazing experience!! The staff are amazing. What an awesome example of customer service and respect. Wonderful model for other medical professions of how to treat and respect patients. I was most impressed with their respect for me and my time I showed up early (up to 30 minutes) to every appointment and they saw me within minutes of my arrival, not some time after actual appointed time. I had lasik done last year at TLC and am so amazed at how easy it was, how well it worked and how wonderful the staff was. Highly recommended!
I am one week out from having my LASIK and have been highly satisfied since the initial consultation. Very friendly staff, clean/updated office, nice surgical suites, and the best doctors! They really take the extra step to ensure you are fully taken care of. I live over 3 hours away and they made sure to get a follow up appointment with a local eye doctor scheduled for me. I also was getting the procedure on my own with no one to drive me home the day of the procedure so one of the doctors drove me to my hotel after. They r... read more
