Drove 45 minutes one way after working all night to wait and never be seen. I stood at the front counter for over 40 minutes with no one to help me. I called that office while standing up front and no answer. It rolled over to customer care and they tried to contact them and no luck. Not to mention the personal client files that I seen and complete access to the patient file room that wasn't locked (HIPPA Violation). Drove 2 hours to get there turns out no Dr. to dilate eyes. Was told in phone prices between 2-3500 actual price is 5800.... walked out I guess it will be good if you need the 24 month free financing BUT I love my son too much for him to go thru a factory line for his eyes. Have appointment scheduled else where
RecommendedAll of the staff were amazing! They answered any questions I had and made my nerves go away! I had no pain or discomfort and was seeing so well the same day as my surgery. Thank you for an awesome experience and giving me my vision back!
Based on the other reviews, I assume my experience might not be the norm. However, my procedure was one of the most painful and horrifying experiences of my life. Sure, they tell you what to expect. But actually having your eye forced open for the procedure to be done is much more terrifying than you could imagine. Couple that with intense pain - feeling every single poke, burn, slice, prod. My wife is having her Lasik surgery at TLC. the staff has been very friendly however the wait times are extreme. We were told to allow 2 hours for the entire peocess, we've been here for over 2 hours and are nowhere near even going back for the procedure. Someone in the waiting room waited nearly 4 hours before being called back.
In Search of someone who had PRK surgery....I am 10 days after the procedure and still can't see to read, watch tv, drive, work, tolerate much light or do much of anything. I have been seen everyday by my eye doctor at least once, twice one day last week.Which means having someone take me back and forth to each appointment. He says my eyes are healing but this is not at all what I expected. I was told I would see my eye Dr Day 1, 3, and possibly day 5 then again on day 11. I should be off work a week.
