Applying for an SBA loan is never an easy or quick process. However, Bryce and Cindy held my hand and took me through the process step-by-step from start to finish and made sure all the I’s were dotted & T’s were crossed. They were super quick to respond to emails and phone calls. Everything finally got approved & funded and I ended up getting a great rate! I am very appreciative of the very thorough and detailed help they both gave me throughout this process.

Our 501c3 nonprofit worked with TMC Financing on our Payroll Protection Program application via the Small Business Administration. I worked with 3 different team members, and they were all amazingly professional, speedy, responsive, and caring throughout the application process. I couldn't believe how quickly we were able to get into the queue and ultimately accepted - thanks to their due diligence and efficiency.

This was without a doubt the worst financing experience I've had in 35 years of developing real estate. I was promised numerous times of deadline dates and funding dates and none of them were met. In the end the financing commitment was pulled at the last minute leaving me to restructure and restart the lending process after dealing with TMC almost 4 to 5 months. I would not recommend TMC for any learning/borrowing needs.

TMC Financing is so wonderful. I've worked with them on two SBA funding projects and they made the experience so pleasant and positive. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to use SBA funding for real estate purchases or improvements.
