I have only started using an NTI device made by Dr. Pilar a couple of months ago, and I am cautiously optimistic. My sleep has improved and my headaches are less frequent. My muscles in the neck, shoulder, and jaw area are still tender. I wear the guard every night. I have tried Dr. Pilar's direct current therapy also, and it had an immediate muscle relaxation effect all over, lasting a few days, I would not call NTI a miracle cure, but I feel that it's beneficial and hope my state will improve.
