My jaw was a mess. It would lock up during the night and i would wake up in a panic. I tried many different things but i never felt that anyone or anything was really helping.Until i met Dr. Mike Pilar - TMJ Specialist. I have only started using an NTI device made by Dr. Pilar a couple of months ago, and I am cautiously optimistic. My sleep has improved and my headaches are less frequent. My muscles in the neck, shoulder, and jaw area are still tender. I wear the guard every night. I have tried Dr. Pilar's direct current therapy also, and it had an immediate muscle relaxation effect all over, lasting a few days, I would not call NTI a miracle cure, but I feel that it's beneficial and hope my state will improve.

AVOID THIS SCAMMER. He had us pay $3500 out of pocket and then forged documents and filed with my insurance. They sent him a refund into HIS bank account. We had to demand a check from him. He shaved my teeth down and caused permanent damage.

After 3500 and him attempting to continuously scam our insurance company for 2 additional mouthpieces (we bought one and paid full). The mouthpiece broke after 1 year and my mothers front teeth are cracking down the middle. Now needs 10s of thousands for fixing her front teeth. Not only will he not even look at the mouthpiece for less than his office $275 he wants to us to buy into his repair cost of a additional $500. STAY AWAY!
