Haven’t installed yet so… I always order toners before they’re actually needed so I am prepared when they run dry. I can’t actually attest yo the performance of these yet.
Easy to install For a drum unit, this is so quick and easy to install. Most other drum units you have to about tear apart the whole printer and reinstall. Not with this one.
Compatible but costly it seems Brother is making sure off brand ink doesn't work in their printers so this worked fine. Unfortunately, it is so much more costly than I would actually like to pay for ink.

Great service The man who made the deliver is outstanding. My property is hard to figure out with 2 building looking like houses. I told him he did a great job going to the right one. He said he remembered from the last time he was here over a year or two.
Faulty toner good service The Brother yellow toner cartridge was faulty and would not connect with my printer. I called the Staples store and the company representative said to bring it back. I did and was simply able to exchange the faulty one with one that worked. I appreciate the ease making the exchange.
