Waste of money - UPDATE I initially rated this a 1 but recently found out that it was a setting on my printer that was the problem, not the ink cartridge. After spending 2 1/2 hours with printer support, I was able to get this to work and it's fine!

Expensive but worth the extra cost This manufacturer brand cartridge outperforms any of the after much cheaper market brands that I’ve used in my office, in all categories. Especially in the area of color printing. Also, their quality is superior. I’ve frequently received defective from aftermarket companies. Never from Brother. You get what you pay for.
