good for the money and wayyyyy better then ink jet Decided after many decades to switch to laser because the ink cost was going out crazy. even when not using the ink, it seems like it doesn't last long. switch to laser and bought this toner and it is printing more pages then the inkjet at the same cost.

Why not refill the old one? First, I love my black and white Brother printer. The toner cartridge is expensive and I decided to replace it after getting the "low toner" message. Being curious I took the old cartridge apart and noted TONS of toner remaining. ?????? Also I found a Youtube video showing how easy it is to refill one of these cartridges. Next time I am going to try that.

Help in putting in the toner cartridge I called Brother, they guided me how to fix the toner into my printer, its working now. I have used this printer for many years.
Love My Brother Laser Printer...It orders the toner itself. Brother is the only way to go. The printer orders the replacement toner itself via Amazon. You never have to give it a second thought. Furthermore, It orders it when there is just enough toner left to keep you going for a while. It never orders too early or too late. What an incredible service!
4 years later I've just had to replace my toner on Brother HL-L2340DW after 4 years of flawless printing. Granted my printer use is less than regular but it's been a vast improvement from previous ink jet printers I've ditched. Used to have to fuss with those every couple of months, with the ink often drying-out suspiciously quickly. Really pleased with this investment.
