No Problems with my HLL2390DW I tried getting one of the cheaper cartridges that have you swap out the chips. After trying to get it to work for an hour, I got tired of dealing with it and sent it back. I paid a little more and got the Genuine Cartridge. I went with the High Yield so I don't have to deal with this for a few years. Install took less than a min, and everything worked perfectly.
Perfect for my printer! My printer at work is a Brother, and this is the cartridge to use and easy to install
Rather expensive but it solved problem I did not like the expense, but it solved the problem of faint print due to small amount of toner in the initial laser cartridge
