Too expensive Works as advertised, just too expensive for a container full of black ink powder.
just put the 1st one in, will let you know if they last 3000 pages Got tired of replacing color cartridges, so I bought a new brothers black printer. I use in my home, printing quilting patterns, & documents so small amount of usage, & color dried out/ evaporated. so went this way. so far I am VERY HAPPY. Had printer 3 months before the installed cartridge complained. So it is now in, & i will update the time frame. I use the printer for recipes, Patterns once or a few times a day.
It's the thing that the thing needs... It works. It's the original, it's legit. Go on, splurge.
Wouldn't read as toner but... My brother printer didn't want to read this, but I managed a software work around to get things moving.

Diagrams were scant instruction, confusing Finally worked out how to fit new cartridge in the old carriage, so it slides correctly into the printer. Then it all worked fine.
