Dr. Tobin is very thorough and expertly conducts his exams for skin cancer. When it’s found (luckily, none today, but have had various skin cancers in the past) it is removed skillfully. Here in AZ the sun puts us all at risk so I am grateful to see him as my dermatologist a couple times a year.
