The whole process has become very frustrating. I believe a "boiler-Plate" type excel spreadsheet would help for potential applicants/borrowers to track what-was and what- is needed for the process. Being able to see if you missed something during the application process would help. A detailed explanation is needed. (This process is NOT the fault of Toby and her crew) Managing the new regulations and requirements is a daunting task.
