My daughter needed a new bed and after looking online and seeing that every matre available came in a box, I decided to go to a local store and see some in person. Thank goodness that I did, I was greeted right away and explained what I was looking for. Right away I was shown 3 options in my budget and that didn't come in a box. The mattress was in stock, delivery was free, they took away the old set for $20, and I would have it in 2 days. I love that I was able to support local and that the bed has a 10 year warranty. Toby mattress store is family owned for several years. I walked in the store with my gf and we were approached by an older gentleman who introduced himself as Charlie. After quite a long time of getting an education on mattresses we decided on one. It was delivered a few weeks later but we were not happy with the mattress after a few months. Charlie was most accommodating and asked us to come back in and look at other ones. We had the new mattress delivered and Toby's wrote us a check for the difference. I wrote a negative review after paying for a mattress set 6 weeks ago and not getting it nor hearing from Toby's. After I posted the review, I received a call with an apology and an offer to refund my cost. They did that and even added a gift card. This is more of what I expected from these folks. It sounded as if they were sorry for the delay and my dissatisfaction. I appreciate their apology and their offer to make it right.

The mattresses we got from Toby's are wonderful. The staff is exceptional. They are personable and professional. Our mattresses were delivered and the olds ones removed, which added to our great experience. We will never go anywhere else!
