Appt went smoothly; All staff was friendly and helpful. Updated forms etc were executed in a timely fashion. I was seen by Jason Tambor DDS, who thoroughly explained necessary work to be done and outlined treatment plan. He bonded my chipped front tooth until return. Well done and professional.
