The procedures I had were painless. I would have liked, however, to have explained to me , at the initial visit, and face to face, the problems I had and what needed to be done, especially since it was going to cost me thousands of dollars. I was not aware that I needed two crowns and a filling. There was very little communication from the doctor during both visits.
Excellent office and staff- I love it there. Jennifer is the best hygienist ever!
Dr. Todd E.Shatkin is the best by far. He provided a thorough painless and comprehensive exam. It was a most pleasant and personally rewarding consultation. I will be returning shortly to have my first dental implant. Thank you Dr. Shatkin.
Dr Lucchese was very thorough and also reassuring as I have pretty intense dental anxiety. He was super busy and as it was my first trip to the dentist in many years,I left with many questions. Returning today for a root canal and will bring a list of questions and concerns as know I need a lot of additional work done in the near future.
Dr T Shatkin was beyond accommodating and understanding. Jenna had trauma to her teeth on a Friday night. Dr Shatkin met us at the office Saturday morning to repair the broken teeth. It was such a relief that she didn't have to go to school with dental deformities on Monday. ---Jenna's Mom
The staff was very support and friendly. Dr Todd was compassionate and accommodating.
Staff is very professional and pleasant. Dr shatkin is amazing puts one completely at ease.
Absolutely fantastic!!!! No pain, not even the numbing part. Would recommend Dr John for any patient that has high anxiety about dental visits.
I was really upset about the mini implant breaking, but it is being taken care, much happier now!
