Todd is amazing! He is knowledgeable, professional, efficient and thorough. He guided us through refinancings and closings on two properties, contacting us along the way to insure all documents were in order. On the day of the closings, Todd, from his office in Illinois, stayed on the phone with us (in Florida) for two hours while the notary worked with us to sign and seal the refinances. Todd made it easy and enjoyable!
