Todd and Carrie has helped with all of our purchases and refi’s in the past 4 years, we are so grateful for them and there attention to all details. I've been in the business for over twenty-five years and Todd's responsiveness to phone calls and professionalism was key to our clients getting their home. I would happily work with he and Carrie again and any pre-qual with his signature on it will factor greatly if I have multiple offers on a listing.

Working with Todd made the refinancing process exponentially more seamless than it would have otherwise been. Todd and his partner Carrie communicated with me frequently to share with me where I was at in the refi process and what action items I needed to complete. More importantly, Todd and Carrie were reliable - my questions were always answered thoroughly and thoughtfully. Finally, Todd is articulate and is able to clarify the complex loan lingo in layman's terms which helped!

I felt like I was lied to about the process to get out business. When Todd reached out I was clear that I was not interested since it takes so much time and effort, we were planning to refinance a year later when our DPA was paid off and it was not a good time for me to jump through a bunch of hoops to provide documentation etc. Todd told me the process was simple and would only require 3 documents. By the time the process was completed I had sent aprox 30 docs and many hours of stress.
