The process was made very simple. Everyone was really easy to work with.
All the folks I dealt with, Todd, Debbie and Michelle were all stars. Your underwriters whom I did not deal with directly seemed to ask for way too much. I have liquid assets that more that cover the entire loan amount never mind the underlying value of the property that is covered by this 1st mortgage. Forcing me to take distributions from my IRA is going way overboard.
