Honestly the guy was great. He kept me informed and up to date on every single aspect of the process. When I told him I needed to close on a specific date he pushed as hard as he could and actually got me to close earlier than I was needing to be done by ( almost by 2 week's early ). Great to get along with and just a straight forward honest guy. Honestly it is who I will go through the next time I buy a home.
Any and every question I had was quickly answered. Tom stayed in constant communication with me during the entire process and worked quickly to get all of my information and paperwork taken care of. I was very pleased with my experience in buying my home.
