I would have preferred more in person information sharing than emailing back and forth. I was upfront about internet issues I was having at home so emailing was a challenge without driving into town. Some things got miscommunicated initially, like our wanting to pay the closing costs, but overall it wasn't a bad experience and I do appreciate all of Tom's communication and help.

I like to work with professionals that communicate and return calls, texts, and emails. I do not feel that Tom would fit in my Network due to lack of communication.
