Heidi was professional, helpful and very patient. It Is a delight working with her. I have lost a great deal of weight during this recent and Heidi agreed to have my jacket, pants and a shirt altered. In addition she has very good taste and takes me to places of attire where I had not previously been comfortable for clothing selections. I think we have fun together and I love the clothing when it comes delivered with a beautiful lining and buttons and my name inside. Thank you Stuart Paris
Heidi was the absolute best! She helped me with a suit in 2016, which I’ve continuously received compliments on. I recently just purchased my wedding tux from Heidi, knowing with full confidence that the fit will be just as amazing as my suit! Heidi’s incredibly personable and made the purchase lots of fun!
I have known Heidi for several years now. Heidi and her team are very welcoming and non-judgmental, regardless of your size. I used to joke that prior to Heidi, I shopped at TFFM (too fat for Macys lol). She knows her craft, and ensures that all of her customers look like a million bucks, regardless of what they are spending. She is as courteous for an order of collar stays as she is for an order of multiple suits and sport coats. A class act, a warm smile and 5 Star service - you can't lose!
Heidi is a superstar. Always on time. For the past 15 years!!!! Stands behind the quality of the goods. Makes me look fantastic. Takes the stress out of picking things out and always shows me the best for the budget. If there is ever an issue (which is rare), she handles it with a smile!
Excellent service from Heidi G and everyone at Tom James. Just got my second set of purchases. I still get compliments over a year later on a suit I purchased.
