Amazing customer service - Hector Aviles is the man! I have a number of items now: a few killer jackets, some slacks, a handful of shirts, and a couple pairs of jeans. This is truly a moment where price directly reflects quality, and I get comments every single time I wear just about anything I've ever purchased from Tom James. It also couldn't be more convenient - I've done fittings at my home and office, which is so helpful when I've got a busy schedule.
I’ve worked with Mackenzie and her company since 2020 and received many great outfits and accessories, including tuxedos, shoes, and dress shirts. I get many compliments on her recommended outfits, which all fit well. She comes to my house, which is convenient and saves me time. Mackenzie is a talented and reliable personal stylist who consistently delivers excellent service and results. Mackenzie has a keen eye for fashion and a great sense of style.
Tom James has been a blessing. I met Ali about a year ago to get a custom suit made for an event. I told her about our organization and the work we do. By chance she styles one of our board members. I have been back 4 times since that first visit. They even donated clothes to the young men in our organization. Clothes fit like unlike anything I ever bought. I am a customer for life.
Addison Tornabene is amazing. She pays attention to every detail and gives great advice on button holes, linings, and buttons. I have now purchased at least 6 suits from her and I am ecstatic about each one of them. I am an attorney and she makes sure that I am professionally dressed and look my best each time that I walk into a courtroom. Tom James produces beautiful clothes which I am very proud to wear.
