I have been to TKI before for public drop off without issues. Be sure you are crystal clear on what their fees are BEFORE you unload. It was $270 to drop off a sectional with ottoman. To me there isn't value in loading furniture, hauling it down there and then breaking your back lifting it into their dumpster. I'll just pay for curb side pick up for household items from now on.
