Tom’s team was super responsive and helpful. I think the ending process was a little unclear — lack of clarity about what happens after we sign the closing documents. I haven’t yet heard from our new mortgage company about how to make the monthly mortgage payments going forward — but that may be outside of Tom’s team’s purview.
