Tom and Jamie were very thorough in explaining what I actually qualified for, what documents were needed, and what to expect. I especially appreciated learning which debt to pay off to meet the debt to income ratio needed to afford my home. Most of all. I am grateful for their willingness to work through a VA loan with me.

We brought a big challenge to Tom and his team: getting a complicated mortgage in place, in a very short period of time, with no room for error. The entire process, from beginning to end, was magnificently executed and we got the home we wanted. This is our third time using Tom Parke’s team and it certainly won’t be the last! They’ve saved our bacon more than we can count and we are always grateful. Take the guesswork out of buying and/or refinancing a new place and go with Tom Parke. You’ve got plenty to worry about when buying a home so you need as many advocates as possible and you could not ask for a better team to have on your side!

Tom was extremely helpful with very prompt and proactive communication. Tom and his team were able to get two loans in record time, much faster than anytime I have bought a refinance in the past. I would definitely recommend Tom and his team to my friends and family. The one piece of feedback I would like to provide, some people like me like to see all options and numbers, including points and rates, and be able to run simulation. It would have been helpful to see all points option early on.
