Tom and his team provided amazing service. They were responsive and helpful. I think the challenges were largely around our own ability to be coordinated and responsive. It was difficult to keep track of all of the information. And it was sometimes difficult to understand next steps and to know how far along we were in the process. I hope this context helps to find nuance in this survey score. Tom's team did their best to help us along and I think we were the cause of most of the frustration.
