Highly recommend Tom Schaefer plumbing and heating needed a furnace replaced. Everyone in the office was great. ***** and **** did an awesome job installing the furnace and getting the job done right no mess left behind. Recently had Tom Schaefer Plumbing out to one of my rental homes for an issue with our main kitchen sink and a small prep sink in the kitchen as well. They were easy to get scheduled, showed up on time, were very professional and I use them on all of my rentals in the ******, **** area. I was even able to schedule this work over the weekend from their website, using their Chat function that actually had a live person on the other end.

Do not hesitate to contact *** Schaefer for any plumbing needs. We first had a plumbing leak in our basement and scheduled to have repair by them and the same evening our hot water tank went out. And this was two days before Christmas Day. Office staff assured us it would be repaired that day. That put my mind at ease! Office and technician kept us informed when they would be arriving. The technician said he could put a new part in the tank which would hold us over awhile but our tank was old and we knew it would have to be ... read more
