I had a drainage problem and Tom Schaefer Plumbing was able to be at my house within 2 hours and had my drain cleared within 1 1/2 hours. The clean out is in a very difficult spot to get at but they were able to get to it and get it cleared! I have seen ads for less expensive drain cleaning but I have heard good things about Tom Schaefer Plumbing and they are a local company and had my problem solved within 4 hours from when I called, thank you for the quick response and service!

I dont usually do reviews unless a company truly warrants being reviewed. With that being said Ill try to keep this brief and to the point. Yesterday I had assorted plumbing issues in my home and I didnt hesitate to call Tom Schaefer Plumbing, Heating and Cooling. The technician **** and his Apprentice helper called and arrived early to get things under control. They were extremely knowledgeable, courteous and went way up and beyond to correct all my issues and also installed a new toilet in the Master bath which is terrific... read more

Highly recommend Tom Schaefer plumbing and heating needed a furnace replaced. Everyone in the office was great. ***** and **** did an awesome job installing the furnace and getting the job done right no mess left behind. Recently had Tom Schaefer Plumbing out to one of my rental homes for an issue with our main kitchen sink and a small prep sink in the kitchen as well. They were easy to get scheduled, showed up on time, were very professional and I use them on all of my rentals in the ******, **** area. I was even able to schedule this work over the weekend from their website, using their Chat function that actually had a live person on the other end.
