We have used Tom Schaefer Plumbing for quite a few years when problems arise. We trust them completely and they are very knowledgeable and professional.

We got our quote within 24 hours and felt it met or exceeded other quotes we received. They provided us a named quality system and installed it in one day within a week of the quote. The installers were professional and hauled away old system keeping our property clean. I would recommend them to customers needing HVAC service or replacement.

Outstanding company and service for both plumbing and heating. I have used them for about 8 years. I had a break in my sewer line in my basement. They provided me the correct diagnosis which 2 previous plumbing companies could not. I was completely satisfied with their work. Since that time they installed a furnace and sump pump for me, took care of a tricky break in a water line, and take care of all of my heating and plumbing needs at both my home and business. I give them a 10 out of 10 rating.

Outstanding! Solid guys came out and were determined to find the problem. At the end of the day it was a bathtub anomoly causing the leak, but it was found! Would recommend!
