We were new to the idea of wake-boats last year and one call to Wes at Tommy's and we were hooked. He took a lot of time with us and demo'd a couple of boats. Went in to see what all the hype is about. I've seen lots of their ads on Craigslist and since I love Craigslist, I went in. Met the most awesome new sales guy named Rule ( dude, I hope I didn't butcher spelling your name). Super enthusiastic and knew his stuff about the new and used boats. Gave me top notch education, and we had some good laughs. Walked out with a $30 flag, but would have gladly taken a new Wake setter if I could have! Hope to see you in a Noco lake this summer! I will definitely be back!
We couldn't be much happier! The crew at Tommy's did an awesome job setting us up with our new boat! They had it shipped up to Walloon Lake from Colorado, and did a great job getting it prepped and setup just how we wanted. They've taken wonderful care of us throughout the whole process!! An early spring snow storm the day before our scheduled delivery couldn't even keep us down. Cam at the Grand Rapids location is super knowledgeable. Left with some great skis and Malibu wear, will be back at the boat show for some boards too!
Tommy's truly understands customer service! I walked in there today and they addressed me by name. They are always so friendly, helpful and they treat you like family. It is fun to go in there.
We were in good hands at Tommy's- Walloon Lake this past summer. We stayed at the lovely Hotel Walloon. Looking out onto the calm waters from our room, my two boys were chomping at the bit to shred some waves behind a boat! That's where Tommy's comes in...they set us up with a sweet wakeboard boat with a surf plate and before you know it, my boys were rocking the wake!!!
