Very professional and great ppl to deal with
I have been frustrated for years with poor customer service at various Marine dealers and decided to give Moses a call. Miles set me up a drop off appointment and even worked with me to drop off a day early since I had the afternoon off. I was impressed with how Miles and Chris met me out in the parking lot and helped me unhook the boat and were very friendly even though I have never dealt with them. You don't get this everywhere. Purchased a pre-owned bass boat and the staff at Moses was incredible! Chris Ball (salesman) went out of his way to make sure that we completely happy and satisfied. Both Chris Ball and Mark spent a large portion of a busy Saturday answering questions over the phone to help ensure that when we made the drive from Atlanta everything would b ready to go. I had a dead boat and with wakeboarding season creeping up being down was not an option so I needed a replacement. Chris Ball made it happen quick, fast, and in a hurry. He did a great job identifying what was important to me and recommending the boat that would best fit the way I plan to use it.
