For Every patient and there needs, they have to write notes, than the treatment dose not change because of that.

Crown was recommended at my last visit. First permanent crown did not fit properly; entire scanning process had to be redone. Once the second permanent crown arrived, I had to make the appt. in the Gaithersburg office since the Clarksburg office is only open Tuesday and Thursday, and no appointments were available. Hygienist was very aggressive she told me my hygiene was not good, her attitude was very condensing, her job is to clean teeth and not judge someone I clean my teeth twice a day and I flush and water pick too, I have not had cavity in years,4 months ago at same place another hygienist sad my teeth we’re beautiful, I am thinking of changing my dentist, no body can judge me, and tell me I am not clean

Long wait time.
My son is 10years and very scare of dentist, we went through 7 dentists already to have him treated without any success, this is the only place where they were able to treat him. He even told me " mommy I like this place" Thank you
Took too long to see me Dr drilled and bruised my tongue Dishonest about time to complete
I do not understand why you do not let me schedule my next 6 month appointment, just because I did not do the treatment that your office recommended. I never heard any dental doctor office does this.
