Tony and everyone else at parkside were amazingly helpful in our family buying our home, they worked around our schedules and made it all very easy! Very timely in replying and making the process very smooth. We thought buying a house was going to be a headache, not with these guys!
At the last minute, after I had been conditionally approved, my sale fell through and had to have the loan underwritten again, with only a week and a half to closing. He and his assistant got it done, and kept reassuring me everything was going to be ok. He was very calm through the whole stressful process, which kept me calm.
