Communication from certain representatives was lacking, and when there was, it was unclear and confusing. The process began well. Towards the nearing of closing, we began to be ask for documentations that put myself, employer and everyone around me in a time crunch. Extensions on closing dates were requested at least 3 times and closing was delayed for almost 2 months. Needless to say, if there was communication and the requests within proper times, we would have closed with the seller sooner.

Tony's communication skills need to be worked on. As a manager, he failed to communicate throughout the transaction. He took days to reply to my email questions and kept the entire team of people working on this file in the dark for long periods at a time. This is no way to conduct MLO business especially on critical transactions such as this one.
