I’d rate it a 8 out of 10. Working with Tony was great—he was very transparent throughout the entire process. However, I did run into some issues with the app, especially when uploading documents and trying to download or review them after they were signed. In this day and age, I expect apps to be seamless and easy to use, and that just wasn’t the case here.
