RecommendedElissa at the front desk is AMAZING. My crown fell off during breakfast and she fit me in the schedule within 30 mins. I couldn’t believe they made time for me that very same day let alone 30 mins later. I rushed over and got it taken care of. The whole thing was super seamless and easy.
RecommendedI had to find new dental office due COVID 19 shut down my old office. My initial experience was disappointing. I think dental hygienist was new so ended paying for stuff I didn’t need and my insurance didn’t cover. I tried to discuss with front staff but they basically blew me off. It was discouraging but hung in there because otherwise moving to another dental office would have meant paying for another exam and X-rays not covered by my insurance. RecommendedI get good service when my kids and I go there. Sometimes the receptionist is not the friendliest, but if you get past that section, Dentist are really knowledgeable. They will up sell to charge that insurance, but not many dentist that won’t due to the lost revenue during COVID.
