It was an amazing experience Cant express enough grattitude with Patrick just amazing to work with the whole process was so easy and i was kept informed every single step of the way. Not to mention having my calls answered late at night and even on weekends when ever i had a question had no issues reacbing out and getting and answer. Smoothest financial transaction i have ever gone through The process was short and fast except for underwriting but they are always the hang-up in these transactions. Absolutely loved my loan agent Marisa and her Co-hort Kelsy what an amazing professional team they are. If you are not assigned Marisa t asking for her team i can personally vouch for their skills and abilities. All waiting on underwriting but again underwriting is the bane of financial industries existence, is that a double entendre! Peggy leetzow

Such a great experience! I was skeptical at first with using Topflite Financial because I had such a unique set of circumstances. This company was beyond amazing especially my loan officer Bill Monia! He literally worked with me every single step of the way making everything possible and never once leaving my side. I am happy with the results! Whew what a ride! I want to thank Lindsay and Vanessa for all their hard work and understanding during the loan process. I had some obstacles to overcome so it took a little longer get to the end but we made it. They were extremely helpful and understanding.
