Working with people with lower credit scores We have tried many times in twelve years to refinance but our credit scores kept us from doing it. We had a private individual who we were purchasing the house from (which is one of the reasons it was hard to refinance) but I submitted an application and here we are debt free and living comfortable and we are in our late 50s early 60s so thank god to Top Flight for being there for us.

A wonderful experience 🙂 The initial call to the closing date Todd & Katie kept us completely informed. They were very patient and informative with all of my questions and never let me in the dark about anything. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to his office.
