Outstanding Company & Personnel After applying online for refinancing our home to tap into its equity, Alex Kahtskin responded almost immediately and this was at 9:30pm. Grace was Amazing I did not think this would work out. With my credit history, I was always waiting for the "Well, we tried but it wont work" but no! Grace and her awesome team got me approved. My house appraised for $200K more than we owed and was able to cash out some equity for cash to pay for things that if I kept my current mortgage and bought, I would be paying more a month.
