The loan process was long and tedious at times, but thanks to Jules and Nicole, it was worth everything! They were the best to work with and especially Jules. Jules was the best loan officer I have ever worked with. Besides being helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, she was kind and always encouraging. Every time i called with a question, she answered or returned my call quickly. She was determined to help and always so pleasant and explained every step and what to expect at each one. She is the BEST!
