It was a very good experience. Fast and easy. Sam was great at making me feel comfortable in the decision I was going to make and was available when needed. He also took the time out to make sure that my loan was suitable for me. He guided me through the whole process. He made sure I understood what was going on. He made sure that I was always updated as the process was moving along. This has been the best refinance I have ever been through. I recommend Sam to anyone who is looking to buy or refinance in the future.

Wonderful experience It was great to work with Lindsay and her team. I am a very high strung person and I get irritated very easy. Lindsay was so patient and sweet. If I called or emailed she returned my calls or emails right away. I would recommend Lindsay to family and friends. I hope to work with her in the future.
It was a good experience! Marissa and Kevin were great to work with! They were patient and understanding when I didn’t always understand what was needed. Despite my fear of not getting approved they always were upbeat. Never “if” but “WHEN” I would close. I know I was probably not their easiest client to get approved but they made it happen.
Positive experience From start to finish was about 2 months to close. Whenever there was a need to supply more documents I got an email with a link to their document application and was able to upload the information
