FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE!!! We wanted to borrow money against our secondary home; our primary home is a 1981 manufactured home. On several occasions we were told it would not qualify for any type of loan.Somehow I was speaking to Honora. After explaining what I needed, her asking different questions; per FHA guidelines our home would qualify. During the loan process we kept running into different “hurdles”.
