Above and beyond excellent service! I had no prior knowledge of applying for a home equity or refinance loan and was very nervous. I feel I was led to apply with Top Flite Financial and was referred right away to William Monia to be my loan officer and I'm very grateful. I can truly say his service was "above and beyond"! He was very caring and patient and was readily available to answer questions or address any concerns throughout the entire loan process. Was good but.... The process was very easy until the end. Lindsey was nice and friendly. The only downside was the funding. I didn't know the checks would come to me instead of being paid directly. I had to take a half a day off work to be home when they arrived. Then I had to go spend $102 to overnight my payoff on one account so it wouldn't be late on top of paying $28.75 per letter for the other 11 at the post office. I was not happy about this part at all.
