Customer Service The Loan team at TopFlite made my experience on my first time refinance easy. They kept me up to date daily on what they needed to make it possible for me to get a loan with cash out to payoff debit and get the funds needed for the work that needs to be done on my house. Very professional and easy to work with. Mr. Fernandez was very professional and easy to work with. He answered any calls that were made to him and if he did not he promptly got back to me. He guided me through the whole process and answered any questions or concerns that I had. He was courteous at all times even when I was frustrated at times.
