Good experience. The process was easy and they explain everything in detail. It took (70) days from start to finish. I realize many people are refinancing to lower their interest rates during this time, so it is important to be patient. The faster you get them the documents they request, the faster your process will be. My daughter used a different company and it took over 3 months to close. Great experience overall. I would recommend Joe Daniel, he was very knowledgeable and made the process stress free.
It was a great experience I was referred to the company by a relative and got Robert McGivern as my loan officer. He was really easy to work with. Always would answer questions in a timely matter and made the process an easy one. I am thankful for all his efforts, professionalism, kindness and support throughout our journey.
